taking on the challenge that care homes needn’t be depressing for the residents in their autumn years. drawing on experience gained whilst working with BSA through consultations with the Dementia Services Development Centre at the Iris Murdoch Building in Stirling we have been developing concepts using current thinking to arrive at dementia-friendly design solutions that provide stimulating and convalescent environments for elderly and sick people.
